Paper Nor Plastic

I am entering a recycled bag, handmade and decorated by me in a local recycled bag art show. I started to work on it a few weeks ago, but my dog jumped up on the bag I was painting and knocked the paint jar over, splattering paint on the whole thing, so I am starting over with a new idea. I'm going to fuse some plastic bags and paper together to create my own tote, instead of painting one! If it works out well, I am planning on making more to sell in my Etsy shop.
